Ok, so I decided to take the initiative to make sort of an official guide to referals because I've seen so many posts here.  I've gone back and compiled sort of an archive of all of Treasure's "Referal Tip of the Week" posts.  I'll make a brief summary of each tip and provide the link to each one.  If you have anyquestions post them in this thread not any of the previous "Referal Tip of the Week" posts.

Tip Number 1

-Casino offers have been removed-

Tip Number 2

There is an offer called PetCareRX.  It is basically an online shop for pets.  There is a pill that most dog owners have to give their pet called "Heartguard".  The veterinarian sells this at an inflated price and at this online shop you can save up to 50% on this medication.  Treasure Trooper offers $15 dollars for this offer plus the money you save on the medication(s) makes it quite worth your and others' while.

Tip Number 3

The silk tie offer pays $10 for completion.  Basically this tip was a big thing for Christmas, but if you need ties for someone they are 3 for $9 plus $7.95 for shipping which is $16.95 minus the $10 from Treasure Trooper and you only have to pay $6.95.

Tip Number 4

Go to the Trip Advisor forums.  Do a search for "entertainment book" and there are hundreds of threads and posts about this.  Treasure Trooper gives you $8 to signup for it.  The book is $20 minues the $8 from Treasure Trooper is only $12 and I know my parents have these books and I'm sure if your already going to buy it why not get a rebate on it.

Tip Number 5

Use this comic strip banner to get referals:

Replace the #2 with your member number.  Don't try to force on any forums.  Go to the comic forums and try to post the comic strip and let the comic draw the attention.  If you go in there "screaming" "Treasure Trooper make money and be my referal" than your thread will get deleted and you might possibly get banned.

Tip From Kaabi

Basically you can't just go into a forum and start spamming off Treasure Trooper banners and referal links.  You have to go make a few posts first.  Then after that you get sorta "accepted" and you can then put a banner or referal link in your signature.  After about 50 or so posts people disreguard the link as spam and begin to look at it a bit and you can pick up some easy referals that way.  If that doesn't work click on the link to read Kaabi's "Plan C".  Made me laugh when read it!.  Also try to join forums that you are interested in e.g. games, sports, money, ect.  (Thanks Vulcanis!)

Some other quick referal tips are:

-Save up 7 pearls and visit Mabutu's Treasure Hut and buy a pearl braclet which will give the next two unrefered members who signup will be your referals.  Easy and a sure way to get 2 referals.

-Brag to your friends that your making money off Treasure Trooper.  Send them a link and prove to them its legit.  Remember if you dont believe in Treasure Trooper then you probably won't get many referals.  If you don't believe you'll get paid check out these testimonials:

Proof: http://www.gptresour...?showtopic=8813

Thanks to Noor we now have a referral tip of the week thread.

Some good forum sites to check out to help get referals (thanks Vulcanis):

(Remember when checking out NEW forums read Kaabi's tip)

If any of you have any extra referal tips either place them here and I will edit my main post and give you credit for them.  Try to keep this thread on topic to specifically referal tips.

Thanks for this great culmination of past referral tips.  The casino offers are pretty much gone, so that tip can be disregarded.  I also added the link to all of the payment proof that people have posted because "testimonials" can be made up and don't really show people proof of anything.  Thanks again for your help MCR, and thanks for your valued participation in this forum.

well, to add to Kaabi's forum idea:

don't bother just joining random forums and yelling about treasure trooper...most likely you'll be ignored and possibly get your posts deleted and your IP or member name banned(depends how strict the mods are)

if you are joining a new forum, be sure its a forum you are actually interested in...eg. games, sports, money, business, whatever.

Second, put your links in your sig, not in any actual posts(if you know bbcode or html you can post actual links in your sig with a word or phrase that would take them to the site, rather than just putting the url with your referral number(if you don't notice the website name in your little bar that tells them where the link goes, they won't know they are getting referred)

lots of people don't like signing up for stuff that some random person would get a referral for, because getting something for someone signing up always tends to lower the view of the person signing up from a person(if that makes sense, it made sense in my head at least....)

anyway, just become a regular member of that forum, like you are here...you don't have to spam, just post every so often, make your posts relevant, and you'll start getting referrals.

I'm a member of four major forums:
www.star-fury.com- been there for 4+ years, highest poster there and used to be a mod

www.gamespot.com- only a few posts there, but its an all gaming website with a huge forum dedicated to gaming(most of my referrals have come from there...people want extra cash for their games)

and two other fan forums for Civilization IV. In both of those I've made limited posts, but have gotten referrals from each of them.

My total count?

3 weeks with the link in my sig.
25-35 posts between the four forums.
7 referrals.
6 bucks in referral cash already.
Emerald gained from my referrals.

edit: and for the last two weeks, I've been on vacation, so I somehow got 4 referrals from those forums without any new posting...funny how that works

Haha yeah.  Phew writing this thing at 1:30 AM was hard stuff.  I kinda started but didnt want to quit so I kept going.  I had 2 tests today at school.  I was so tired I fell asleep in English class.  I want to get one of these up about the gems and map peices and other things you can get in Treasure Trooper but I dont think theres enough information on the gems yet and the treasure map doesnt have much information on it either.  But now I'm going to stop going off topic and shut my mouth (or fingers...I mean close fingers....::sits on hands:: ).

I don't know if this is possible but maybe like closing this post and "sticky-ing" it and make the "Referal Tip of the Week" threads the discussion and then at the end of the week just add it to the main post on this and use this maybe as an archive?  Just a thought and I'd keep up with it of course.

Why are my posts never stickied?! Actually I think one of them was.  Why is this post in Treasure Chest?
