wow I guess I did the "too many too fast" thing, I joined a week ago, offers were approving in minutes for the first 2 or 3 days, then nothing... Approval rate became zero on all offers for me. Should I be worried? I am conveniently close to $20 and the end of the month.

Start redoing them, just a few each day.  Just click on them in the Pending folder.  You still have enough time before the end of the month! :)

You will need to call your local banks and ask them if they can exchange it. If not, they will redirect you to some bank that can.

Depends on which set of english rules you use when you speak english ;-)
cheque is the starndard spelling in canada, possible england as well (someone can correct me on the england thing if I'm wrong) whereas the americans spell it check.

it's like color and colour and the like...
