I've never tried it because I want to maximize my chances of approval, and the couple of minutes, however repetitive and boring, are worth it. Just to be safe, I go to the end where the Silver, Gold, etc., offers appear, and then I close and click "done."
I would think that, at the very least, you'd have to enter your identifying info on the page that comes up after the entry one. That's part of what they're paying for, after all....

Yea, what i do is i enter my e-mail and then go through the survey up to the part where it says"all you have to do is complete 2 of theses offers to claim your prize!" and then i exit out and then click done.
From the Nintendo DS offer (from MyChoiceRewards, which sponsors quite a few):
We are currently looking for consumers across the U.S. in leading markets that meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age 18 years and older
- Legal resident of the United States
- Valid email & shipping address
From the Free Texas Hold'em offer:
By submitting, I certify that I am a U.S. Resident over the age of 18,
and I agree to the privacy policy and participation terms
And the list goes on. And on and on and on. Be sure you're doing only offers that are available to your region and your age group! If you don't, or if you lie about your date of birth to make it appear that you're eligible, it's fraud.
