Now, let's go over some of the reasons it could have been deleted:
- 1. You used false information in the surveys, causing your account to be flagged, and per terms of TT and the advertisers, your lead is taken back and your account deleted.
- 2. You are an international member and were using US information. Not only does this go back to reason #1, but remember, using your friend/relative/parent's information on surveys is not providing accurate and current information about yourself.
- 3. Multiple accounts. You can only have 1 account per household. No, don't go signing up your friend that has no clue and try to claim the check, it wont work. You can only have 1 account for the whole household, and all the information has to be accurate.
- 4. Created multiple accounts in the same household, even though you are different people living in different locations. This one can happen by mistake, like if you invite your friend over and want to refer him/her on the spot. Well, don't. Reasons for that is, that your link will be registered as you making two accounts and bring up #3. (In this case, do email support and they will ask you to verify your identities and restore the accounts if found innocent.)
Also, be patient! They will get back with you as soon as they can, but remember they are working on many things at once.
