All right, if you can't login to your account, and its near payout time, there's one reason; it was deleted.

Now, let's go over some of the reasons it could have been deleted:
  • 1. You used false information in the surveys, causing your account to be flagged, and per terms of TT and the advertisers, your lead is taken back and your account deleted.
  • 2. You are an international member and were using US information. Not only does this go back to reason #1, but remember, using your friend/relative/parent's information on surveys is not providing accurate and current information about yourself.
  • 3. Multiple accounts. You can only have 1 account per household. No, don't go signing up your friend that has no clue and try to claim the check, it wont work. You can only have 1 account for the whole household, and all the information has to be accurate.
  • 4. Created multiple accounts in the same household, even though you are different people living in different locations. This one can happen by mistake, like if you invite your friend over and want to refer him/her on the spot. Well, don't. Reasons for that is, that your link will be registered as you making two accounts and bring up #3. (In this case, do email support and they will ask you to verify your identities and restore the accounts if found innocent.)
Now, if you are positive, sure to the last degree of certainty you did not fall into any of those 4 points (there might be some more), then email support at support@treasuretrooper.com and explain to them in detail your situation. The more you explain clearly, the faster they can service you, the less load they will have to deal with.

Also, be patient! They will get back with you as soon as they can, but remember they are working on many things at once.

my account stopped logging in  when you changed the website to valentine so pleaseeee fix it

I think you should clarify what you mean by "household": does it refer only to married couples, or does it include any collection of persons living at the same address?

If you live together and have the same mailing address, you're part of the same household, even if you're not related. Two (or more) roommates in the same apartment are a "household," for example.

I have just opened new forum account as tried to sign in to mine but no joy and reactivation/validation didnt work...
I have not got multiple accounts
and as far as I am aware I have told truth ??
I did have prob once ... re zip codes... then just today I saw the links to uk / us  sites etc and so now know how to add Post Code...

I cant log in to my account but I can log into my forum....can my account get deleted if I havent used it in awhile? How do I know if my account was flagged? If it was can I not use treasure trooper anymore?

Sometimes accounts are closed if they are not logged into in a while. Email support@treasuretrooper.com with your account details and they can look into why you can't login.

I can not log in it says you have successfully logged out.  I email support and they said my account is ok.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I have not been very active for a long time.  If I request my password it is emailed to me.  I am puzzled.
