Most of the $100 Treasure Hunt is a mystery that you have to figure out on your own, but the first step is purchasing all four pieces of the Treasure Map from the Trading Hut. Once you do, you'll find a link on your My Treasure page that will allow you to enter. After that, you're on your own. (P.S. It's worth it!
