If possible, would we be able to have a message at the end of Survey #1 which says that you have either completed the survey, or that you have not been successful (like on Survey #3)?

This is because at the moment, you get the same screen for both (whether you were successful with the survey or not) and it can therefore be a bit confusing and leave you wondering whether you should actually be credited for doing it or not!
