I believe in god. I do not believe I have to go to church since god is everywhere. And there are many aspects of the bible I don't believe to be true.

I think it would be a happier place if we all took up Taoism.

im only 14 so I dont really think of religion that much, i dont know if there is a god but i dont believe there is none. i like to believe there is a god but i just cant get into the whole faith thing and would love to have everlasting life after death but i just cant fully believe, Barely anyone will ever know because their maybe scientists who have figured out that evolution is real or people who know there is a god.. but if someone knew the truth it would never get out because people would go crazy. Without religion I see a craxy world, yes religion has cuased many wars but without some religions the world would be evil. think about it, some people may not rob that bank because they dont want to go to hell.. or that woman may not cheat on her husband because its a sin, or he wont murder his ex-wife.. sometimes religion can be a good thing for our society

Or people just have morals.

I would never cheat on Eric. Not because its a sin or I will go to hell, but because I love and respect him too much to hurt him in that way.

I was baptized Catholic and my dad and I attended church on holidays and such (I was even an alter girl for a while). After goign to a Catholic school, I dropped out of confirmation. I don't like being forced to see things one-sided, which is how this school made everything. Everything was Catholicism this, Catholicism that, etc. Senior year in high school was *supposed* to be learning about other religions; however, the new bishop of our diocese decided to turn half the year into a deeper knowledge of our own faith (keep in mind not all students are Catholic - some were Baptist, Mormon, Hindu, Pentocostal, etc.) Everyone had to write 3 page answer to 4 questiosn a week that involved being able to defend our religion if ever given the challenge.

All in all, I was taugh Catholicism my whole life, but after having it shoved down my throat, I am more athiestic.

Born and raised Baptist.

I am Christian and I do believe there is a God and he has saved a spot for me in heaven when I pass. but Im more open-minded when it comes to stuff like sex before marriage etc (issues that have some religious influence).  I havent had sex mind you, but if I do have sex before marriage I wont feel as bad as some other Baptists might...or my parents for that matter :P

I have been a Christian since second grade.  Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. One day, I will wake up and see the gates of heaven.  :D

"Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life."

Revelation 21:27
