One of the best ways to get bills circulated is to pay for your retail purchases with all singles.  They'll be in that cash drawer for just minutes before they go out to the next customers.  Go ahead... bring your twenties to your bank and ask to trade them for all singles.  Don't be shy.  ;)

Yes, the letters are considered part of the serial number on tracker.

It's the same account as your TT account - just use your login.

I'm sure it doesn't matter where you live if you have access to american bills.
