Good free anti-virus:

AVG
Avast

When I start having virus problems on computers I work on, I'll run the Housecall from Trendmicro:  http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
It won't actively monitor your computer but its great to get rid of those pesky bugs.

A lot of the other products people have mentioned are spyware/malware removers which is different then antiviruses :)  Highly recommend Malwarebytes for those.

'm looking for a good one to replace Norton. Any suggestions please? I was given Kaspersky and Iobit but I don't know which one to go with.
