I'm always shocked when I don't see the cash search thermometer filled.  Seriously, everyone, it's easy!  Everyone does at least 10 searches per day, and the results at TT are the same as anywhere else.  That''s all.

Once it is filled and i have met the required 10 eligible how and when will i be notified of my reward for helping out... I still have yet to be rewarded for my participation

You aren't notified of the credit; you'll simply need to be aware of how many pearls and scales you have, so then you can see an increase. However, you should know that it is credited immediately upon filling the thermometer, so if you complete your ten searches after that, you won't get the additional reward. It's only for those who contributed to meeting the daily goal.
