I am getting this message now. I did a survey and put the correct info in thinking all is fixed and I am getting this now. I have emailed them twice and nothing

As always, for account-specific issues, please submit a ticket via the SUPPORT tab at the top of your TreasureTrooper page, or, as in this case, if you believe you've been blocked, post (in the format specified in the initial message) in the "I've been banned..." thread, please.
