IRB page is not working

I am trying since almost a week IRB page isn't working for me.

If you mean it isn't crediting, I already started a thread about it. The TT staff already emailed them about it. Hopefully, it will be fixed Monday or Tuesday.

Yeah, urvashi, "isn't working" needs to be defined further, if you could, please. Are you able to connect and it's not crediting, or does it not connect at all? If it's the latter, do you get an error message, a blank page, or what? Thanks!

I don't get the page to fill the details as it appear always and thereafter it allows me to proceed with a particular survey.

I do not mean it's not crediting.

I get directly this message after I click IRB Survey in cash offers:

Sorry!

Currently there is not any survey available for you.

Thanks for the clarification, urvashi. Please see this thread from last month. Another member from your country had the same issue. It's likely that they have many fewer surveys for international members, and there simply aren't any at the moment. Keep checking back, though! Sorry! :(
