is anyone else having the problem of Your surveys not crediting after completing same thing for survey 5?

Yep, I made a support ticket about it and they're looking into it. I did get credit for survey 5 though. Your Surveys today hasn't credited either, I'm guessing it's part of yesterday's glitch or whatnot.

Same here. DS 5, which I do first, is crediting fine so far. But 'your surveys' under cash offer is not crediting for two days now.

Your Surveys did not credit me yesterday, I have yet to try it today so can't yet comment on that. I highly recommend that if you have completed it today or yesterday WITHOUT credit then if you haven't already, send a support ticket. I sent one yesterday (after tgreene66 told me to in chat) just saying it didn't credit. I also told them that a few others had told me in chat they didn't get credit either. If you haven't had credit and contact support, then they can investigate and will realise quicker that there's a problem.

Same for me. DS5 is crediting fine for me, but the Your Surveys cash offer is not.

The auto-verifier isn't working properly, and tech has been notified. Leads have NOT been lost; it's the crediting process that's on the blink. Completions ARE being recorded and will approve once the auto-verifier is fixed. Sorry for the delay and inconvenience!

Okay, thanks empressmom, at the point I posted second comment I had had this forum thread open for a while already without refreshing so your comment only appeared after I commented then it refreshed, so sorry for the repeat!
