IRB SURVEY - Will this one ever work right again?

IRB Survey under cash offers hasn't worked quite right for a few week now. When you DQ a survey, you are forced to fill in all the profile info in again for the next one which never used to be the case. Also, today, I am being told to 'enter my new email address' even though that email address worked literally five minutes prior.

Well here we are on Thursday and the same two problems persist. I am taking a long break from IRB.

Sorry Mike :( I rarely get IRB in the UK but when I do, I have noticed the same issue recently :(

Thanks for the post FangSword.

IRB has been good to me until now. There is no way I am going to fill out the screening info page every time I DQ a survey. They really need to fix that. I'll try again in a few weeks or so.

Thank you Treasure. If good news is posted here, I will give them another try. IRB has been pretty good until recently.

Just tried IRB again today for the first time since starting this thread. I have no idea if they fixed this issue, because I qualified for the first survey that came up. Unfortunately, it did not credit.

Please note that crediting is now working again and past credits have all been added retroactively.  Good luck!
