Do you have to fax the whole w-9 form or can you just fax the information like your social security number , your account number and your address and whatever other information you want?

Yes, you have to fax the whole thing (not including instructions, of course, just the part you have to fill out). The requested information must be entered on the official IRS form. (This is IRS policy, not ours.)

Question: Can we send in the W-9 tax form by PDF or is it still by old school fax?

The message you receive when a W9 is required only mentions fax and snail mail, however, we also allow members to attach a PDF copy to an email and send it to support@treasuretrooper.com.
