I have been trying to get survey 1 i signed up and did surveys never got credit......is there something i am missing? Thanks in advance

DS 1 is working properly for me.

Do you have to sign in? And is there a certain survey i have to do to get credit?

You will have to fill out the profile information on the very first screen. DS 1 works exactly the same as DS 3. I see you getting credit for DS 3 all the time so you should not be having any trouble with DS 1 I would think. If you are getting credit for DS 3 and not DS 1, then you should try clearing out your cookies before taking DS 1. I clear my cookies before taking any survey here.

Finally, as long as you hit the CONGRATULATIONS! page after taking a survey, any survey, it should credit.
