I just got blocked again for the second time in less then two weeks because Your Surveys is claiming I am running a proxy server. I am not. My browser and Windows 10 settings all show OFF for all proxy server settings. Does anyone know of any common software that would trigger a proxy flag on their end? Or anything else that would? I need to resolve this before I get blocked permanently from Study Storm #1. It will be a week before they reply to me so I am posting here in case anyone has any suggestions.

try the following.  look up your ip address by going https://www.iplocation.net/ . Make sure the ip address is from USA and state you are in. If it mentions anything other than the state you are in. message your ISP provider. Ask them for a fixed IP address. It maybe your router was assigned an ip for another country. not sure why this happens but it does.

Ok thanks Jonathan. My IP address is showing the wrong state for me. Maybe that triggered it. I will add this info to the support ticket I have with YourSurveys.
