Support threads that are started by members that ask for help with problems associated with a specific account will be answered by pm and then deleted once they have been resolved. A better avenue for account specific problems is to submit a support ticket by clicking "Support" on TreasureTrooper. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The following are some basic answers to the most common support threads that are opened.  If a new thread is started, with a question that is answered in this thread, the new thread will be considered a "duplicate thread" and will be removed to conserve space.  Please make sure your question isn't answered here before posting.

WHY DOESN'T MY OFFER APPROVE?

Here are some common reasons for this:

- You have not waited at least a week to see if it credits.
- You don't live in the right country.
- You didn't give honest information when signing up.
- You have previously completed the offer (or a similar offer by the same company) elsewhere.
- You didn't do the offer through our link.
- Your cookies are disabled.
- You have not done everything necessary to get credit.
- You have cancelled a trial immediately and the advertiser deemed it a fraudulent completion.  If you sign up for a trial, give it the most amount of time possible to see if you like it.  We encourage you to sign up for trials that you have some interest in.
- The company already has your email address or IP address in their system.  Everytime you take a survey where they ask you "would you like to join x company", and you click yes, that company then has your information in their database.  Also, less scrupulous companies will sell your information to other companies causing them to have your information on file without your agreement.  These things can cause your signup to be invalid since the company doesn't pay for information they already have.

These are common reasons for offers not crediting correctly.  Please note that there is nothing we can do to credit your account until the advertiser reports to us that the offer is complete.  If its been a week or more, you are welcome to click on the link in your pending list and try the offer again.  Odds are, you may have overlooked something.  That being said, hundreds of people are earning hundreds of dollars by validly completing offers.  We want you to become one of them!

WHY CAN'T I PM?

You need 20 posts in order to PM other members. This is an anti-spam measure because way too many people would register and just start PM spamming. Most spammers had few to no posts and it would take more effort to reach 20 posts than most spammers want to put forth. You'll reach 20 posts quickly but if you urgently need to reach a mod privately you can go into the chat room and PM them (double click their name).

Remember, PM spam is NOT ALLOWED regardless of how many posts you have. If someone sends you PM spam, please forward it to a moderator or admin and we will take care of it for you.

HOW DO I GET PAID VIA PAYPAL?

If you are a U.S. or U.K.-verified PayPal user and wish to be paid by the method, please so indicate on your My Profile page on the main Treasure Trooper site, and enter your PayPal email address. (This does not have to be the same email that you use for Treasure Trooper.) All others, including international members, are paid via checks which are sent to your house on the 15th to the 20th of each month for your previous month's earnings (if that amount exceeded $20). Please make sure that all relevant delivery information is fully and properly entered.
